Please, No International Orders! We do not ship outside of the USA.
Please Note: We cannot
ship Pepper Sprays to NEW YORK, nor MASSACHUSETTS. If an order is placed
your order will be canceled.
We cannot ship Stun Guns to CONNECTICUT, ILLINOIS, HAWAII, MASSACHUSETTS,
MICHIGAN, NEW JERSEY, NEW YORK,
RHODE ISLAND and WISCONSIN.
New York residents may only purchase defense sprays from licensed Firearms
Dealers or licensed Pharmacists in that state.
Massachusetts residents may only purchase defense sprays from licensed
Firearms Dealers in that state.
Our products usually arrive within one to two weeks depending your geographical
location. Rarely, is a product on back order,
but if so you will be informed both by telephone or Email.
Our products are shipped by USPS ground service only.
Once you have selected the items you want to purchase, you are ready
to place your order.
We offer a five-step ordering process:

Step 1: Shopping Basket
The shopping basket contains all the items you selected while shopping.
During this step, you can add or delete items,
and change quantities.
Step 2: Shipping & Billing
You are asked to provide your billing address as well as the shipping
address for any gift recipients.
Step 3: Review Order
Your order will be sorted by shipping address for your review. You can
make changes or go ahead and place your order.
Step 4: Order Confirmation
A final summary and confirmation of your order appears, along with the
contact information for Customer Service in case you
need assistance. You can use the order number on this page to track the
status of your order 24 hours after it has been placed.
Step 5: Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and our warehouse packages and ships
your products, we will send shipping tracking
information to you via your personal e-mail given to us during ordering.
If for some reason you did not receiving your tracking
information you can log into our help desk system and request tracking
information.
Your credit card will be billed at the time your order enters the shipping
process in our warehouse or is sent to our vendor
for factory-direct shipment.
In the unusual event that we have not been notified of a backorder prior
to submitting an order by a vendor for factory-direct
shipment, you may be billed ahead of shipment.

How long does it take to receive an order?
We ship mostly with USPS.
Below is a chart to give you an idea of how long your shipment will take.

Canceling an Order
To cancel your order, contact us using the information provided you on
your purchase receipt, include your order number,
name, billing address, and items ordered. We'll acknowledge your request
upon receipt and let you know as soon as
possible if we were successful in canceling an order that has not yet
entered our shipping department or is on backorder.
Orders that are already in the shipping system cannot usually be canceled
although we will make every attempt to do so
at your request. The cancellation process is costly to us, so once an
order has been sent to our shipping department,
or transmitted to a vendor for shipment, there will be a cancellation
fee of 5% of your order total if we are able to cancel your order.
When You Receive Your Order
Do not refuse delivery for minor damage. If a package is damaged, check
the contents for damage before refusing delivery.
If damage appears to be minor, and only a few items need to be replaced,
we recommend accepting the shipment
(or at least any undamaged packages) after making note of damages on delivery
receipt. Doing this will speed up the
replacement process in many cases because parts can be shipped sooner
and faster delivery methods can be used.
Inventory the shipment.
Check the number of boxes received against the number shown on the driver's
delivery sheet. If there is a shortage,
write the number of missing boxes on your copy and the driver's copy of
the receipt, and have the driver sign both copies.
If there is any problems with your shipment please contact us using the
online help desk - we will quickly make any
arrangements needed to fix any problems.

RETURN POLICY

We at Personal Safety Product Store
strive to offer our customers the best products at the best possible prices.
Due to the
nature of the products, returns will not be accepted unless the product
is found to be defective.
All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by Personal Safety
Product Store before any products are returned.
We have implemented this policy because of the misuse of our former liberal
return policy. A few unscrupulous people have
ordered our products for specific short term uses and then returned the
product in a condition that would not allow us to resell.
We test all of our products before shipping. Your satisfaction is our
number one concern. If you have any question regarding

before placing an order.
Return Policy: Hidden Cameras, Surveillance
Equipment and Our Other Hi-Tech Products.
All our hidden cameras and other hi-tech products are special ordered
by the person ordering and are NOT subject to cancellations.
Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for
products damaged upon shipment to the customer*.
All returns must be authorized by Personal Safety Product Store before
product(s) is returned.
All products must be returned in the original packaging. Personal
Safety Product Store will replace, refund, or credit your account
for returned product(s) at our own discretion.
*Special exceptions may be made on a case by case basis determined by
Personal Safety Product Store.
In this event, returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and
a 25% restocking charge and must be returned within
a five (5) day period from date of receipt of product(s).
NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission
from Personal Safety Product Store.
Any return must be authorized by a representative of Personal Safety
Product Store and under no circumstances will
returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions
must be obtained from Personal Safety Product Store.
No returns will be authorized after five (5) business days of receipt
of product(s) by the customer.
Shipping & Handling Charges Are Nonrefundable
Request to return product(s) must be obtained from Personal Safety Product
Store within a five (5) day period after the
Customer has received the product(s).
